-With fast growth of any company comes growing pains. DI certainly feels those but tries to predict them and quickly find solutions. That said, it's a bit of a start-up mentality so you may have to play multiple roles at some point and have that entrepreneurial spirit. I like that, but probably not a good fit if you're just looking to push paper.
