Pros
There were a lot of great opportunities to make a difference in people's live. Not only the people that were our customers, but for our employees. There were some great people to work with and work for.
Cons
As with many jobs and in many companies there are political challenges that can make things tough. Sometimes it felt like we were working against each other.
