Good stepping stone if you have no experience in casual luxury.
Cons
Everything about working at this boutique is tough. From the highest in the company to management within boutiques, it is not somewhere where they care for the employee. Everyone is replaceable and they prefer to hire from the outside. They are the type of company where you feel hours aren't given because they want to simply save payroll while giving anyone else working all the workload with no higher wages or titles.
As an international company, there's very little formality in the office
People are generally friendly and helpful.
It is still a relatively small premium brand trying to expand with lots of upside opportunity
Cons
Very long hours in order to cope with the different time zones for different operating regions
High staff turnover and lack of common language and SOP understanding
Redundant and manual processes that are repetitive and error-prone due to the use of very archaic back-end support system
