Pros
Wonderful community and very appreciative of the work we do. Patients who are dedicated to good providers. Not any pros for the organization!
Cons
Administration who only cares about their pockets. No interest is actual patients. Boys club and they treat their nurse administrator like a slave (embarrassing). No skill necessary to be an administrator you just have to know the CEO. HR will harass you too!! Very immature staff! The worse I have ever seen. You will make no money either. All medical staff is underpaid! No communication from upper management and will lie to your face! Run. Run. Run.
