Lack of Communication from SLT

Flex is quite high, nice teams, friendly people

New ceo is a bully., aggressive and mildly talented person. Hasn't mastered the art of people at all, as it's been written here before, the blind trust the investors have in him is severely misplaced. They are advertising for a senior HR person, and he will make their life an absolute misery until they leave, like they all have. This is a company that will lose money or get rid of their CEO and bring someone in who can do better, I thought private equity were meant to be sharp.
