Pros
An overwhelmingly positive atmosphere has coloured my time at Destiny since day one. The people are motivated about the work they are doing, are communicative, work as a team and are extremely helpful. There are great and thought out quarterly incentives, along with heaps of small yet enjoyable 'quality of life' decisions made around the office. The floor plan is open, and gives the feel you are working alongside everyone else, including the executives, towards a common goal. Not to mention the product/industry are innovative and contributing to the overall growth of administration of higher education, which is rewarding to be a part of
Cons
It's actually difficult to name any! The company is currently undergoing a period of drastic growth, so there have been mild issues with desk rearrangement and office expansion. The density of people in the office means that there are occasional high noise levels, or no seats at the lunch room table
