Pros

Successful company and pleasant colleagues. Support seems to be improving.

Cons

The leadership is sinking this organization....quickly. Turnover is 30% annually. People are moving out of San Diego in an effort to leave the company. Staff is overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. In addition to the stress that is inherent with job, staff lives on edge because of management. No training, mentorship, or support but plenty of reprimand when things don't go well.

As always, we encourage every team member to voice their concerns to their manager and/or owners at any time. Our open-door policy encourages direct communication to those in management so we can work together to make DCi a dynamic workplace quickly and effectively.

Pros

Work when you want part time.

Cons

Favorites get the largest amount of the work leaving those with no assignments. Some work 2 shifts in a day with overtime and other perks. Unfair distribution of work. Some operations Managers are incompetent
