Pros
It doesn't matter what the Pros are when employees are used as collateral to pad and support the employment of incompetent senior staff. This company WAS incredible. But, new executive leads have led to four batches of layoffs in under 2 years and no signs of gaining the necessary clientele to hold things together. -Incredible levels of internal talent! Ive never been so intimidated -Wonderful ideas of inclusion and culture -Schedule and accommodations were more than fair
Cons
-Zero internal support. It is widely known that the clients interpretation of your work holds 5 times as much weight as internal reviews. -Those responsible for obtaining new clientele are unable to fulfill their responsibilities -Ground-level employees that do incredible work never get the recognition they deserve if they don't know how to play the internal self-promotional games -Frequency of layoffs was staggering, with 4 large groups of employees being let go at random times throughout the year within a 20 month span -There are no raises, and the games you need to play to gain a promotion are unbalanced and undefined -Company-wide meetings have digressed to a depressing series of moments where failures are danced around with well-intended promises that are bookended with bad news -The company is a few well-placed staffing changes away from being incredible. The ideas are there, they just need executives that are capable of actually pulling it off.
