Employees all worked well together
Deadlines were always given in an advanced to ensure achievement and productivity. The office was always clean and organized, and to top off the feng shui of the work environment, it always smelled so good!!! I am sure many have experienced working for a company that didn’t leave you feeling as though your skills are and were valuable or even noticed; well not at design cafe!! At this company it was always about uplifting and pushing each other to the next level for growth and advancement. Hey and guess what..!!?? Everyone knows your name, no matter what title you have, even the CEO knows, and also keeps up with performance!! You will not go unnoticed!!!
Cons
Advancing in the company is very possible, but it takes a very dedicated, motivated, accelerating employee. Competition for a new title was a true race between the best of the best employees.
