Design Henge has been an incredible journey for me both professionally and personally. The work culture is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on creativity and innovation. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about the growth and well-being of each team member. There’s a lot of room for learning and career development, especially in design, development, and product management roles. The company also encourages initiative, so if you have ideas, they’ll listen!

As with any growing company, there can be occasional communication gaps between teams, but efforts are being made to streamline processes and improve cross-functional collaboration.
