Design Group is a great place to work, everyone is so friendly and it doesn't matter what position you hold everyone is treated with respect. The new office is so lovely, It's great to be close to cafe's, it's easy to get to as it's so close to Eastlink. I'm proud to show my customers our new Head Office, Showroom and Warehouse. The vibe and culture is awesome. All ideas and out of the box thinking to improve and perform efficiently are discussed and considered, I feel confident I can share my ideas and they will be heard. .

It's hard to think of anything negative, if I had to say one thing it would be that sometimes we are let down by delivery drivers, but that is rare and they are a third party,

Endless amount of work which just doesn't stop and there is no support or help. No one listens or helps. The way management speak to their team is disgusting. Nasty, aggressive and mean. Not everyone is like this, but it is disgusting that it persists and no one does anything. Company cancelled work from home for all staff. But management often works from home, especially on Fridays. Management are nasty and mean to their teams and then they work from home, while their teams always comes into the office. For any lower ranked employees, work from home is always denied. Hypocrites!
