Decent for entry level work to gain some training but aim to leave soon after. Every office has a different culture and because of the recent changes, the company’s culture seems to be going down.
Since the company is owned by a private equity firm, expect random layoffs. Senior leadership seems more concerned with pleasing investors than caring about employees. The culture is toxic, and favoritism is prevalent in smaller offices.
They also seem to avoid taking on major projects, which results in junior engineers being pressured to work longer hours to boost productivity. Their salaries are incredibly low compared to other companies.
