      -well-established in malaysia architecture field -career opportunities, promotion opportunities -good place to grind for experience

      Cons

      -high turnover rate ( colleagues leaving annually) -despite the heavy workload and lack of architects/team leads, everyone's salary averaging at 3-4k per month
