No development, leadership, mentoring or support Not much interaction between employees Very unorganized and inconsistent in upholding policy Not a very warm and friendly environment No experienced marketing team Unprofessional No company expenses are paid up front by DS and they won't get company cards, it is not unheard of to have to use your personal credit card up to amounts in the thousands.
