Having worked at other accessibility companies, it's far beyond what others can do. Work-life balance: this is the one area that can be improved for what I look for. Enhancements in rep efficiency via various tools help and I expect it'll get better in 2026, but there's a lot of work to be done.

It's really on the work-life balance piece - it's not a critical issue for me given the earning potential and the pros above, but it's important to take time here and there to recharge and step away.
