I enjoyed my short-term internship but it will probably have had some cons if I stayed for longer.

Wonderful clients and co-workers, good benefits. Nice volunteers who really care. Nice working conditions. Clean and well cared for.

I've never worked in a place like this where the CEO and Assistant CEO conduct themselves in such a manner to harass staff, embarrass and shame them and then force them out because they don't like them personally. I was called names and made fun of. A co-worker of mine was/is regularly sexually harassed by the female CEO. There are no raises. Human Resources is a joke and everyone is doing the job of at least two people. Staff are not appreciated but you certainly hear if you make a mistake. If you like walking on eggshells, being surrounded by insincere senior administrators who allow their friends to get away with lax work habits and taking advantage of the company, then this place is for you.
