Pros
The people who work there are nice. Compensation was competitive although I think I got somewhat lucky. The office is very nice, if somewhat cramped in certain areas.
Cons
Leadership has no interest in doing anything other than extracting as much value as they can. They bought two private jets (they "had" to buy a second one because the first one wasn't big enough to fly direct to europe) while simultaneously reducing annual raises for employees. Glassdoor ratings were much worse till the CEO pressured people to give positive reviews. They hired/promoted way too many managers years ago who are idly coasting, creating an impenetrable wall that completely removes any opportunity for growth. Nepotism is a huge problem. The most aggregious example is the son of one of the leadership team being hired straight out of college as a finance intern and being promoted to a finance manager within 1.5 years.
