None to mention except they are so desperate to hire people to fill all the vacancies created by relocating to Dallas they will likely over pay and match any counter offer you make if they like you. This is good, but you will likely hate every minute of it.
Cons
This company is private equity owned and the current owners want to sell. They are cutting costs and prepping for sale. It's likely you will be looking for a job in less than a year. There has been so much change-over at the top the company lacks an identity and culture. Keep looking...
