Pros
Stable, decent pay and benefits, like the people I work with, work from home 2 days a week, complex, good perks on campus like gym and cafeteria and health clinic, flex time and PTO is good.
Cons
Culture doesn't always put people first, automotive industry can be ruthless, DENSO struggles to say no, bonus isn't great anymore, EV car future is scary, lots of silos and barriers to get things done, decisions and projects are very slow moving, health insurance keeps going up, lots of old school managers not willing to change or adopt work from home as the new norm, management is way overworked.
