I worked for many of the insurances which it was on underpayments that I cleared out and made a payments to doctors.

Casual dress, sort of flexible schedule

There’s a lot. You get hooked in thinking this is a company trying to take down the bad guys (health insurance). Which they are. But the cons far outweigh the pros. The workload is insane, especially for the pennies they pay. They advertise flexible schedule but expect you to work 40 hours per week and won’t let you use your vacation time, which means working weekends… which they also won’t let you do because no working from home (unless you’re a favorite!) so expect to get written up for attendance issues. The pay has definitely not caught up to inflation and don’t expect a raise at your yearly review- reviews are only given as management sees fit. No such thing as fun in this office either-only work work work. No such thing as holiday parties (unless you’re management). The micro management is insane, the president has to have her hands (and 6 other people’s) hands in every single file —they still do physical files—so every file gets messed up and fingers are pointed in lots of departments as to whose fault it was. Vacation and sick time are the same thing, management is super moody and not approachable at all. No retirement plan and you can’t have dependents on your insurance. They promise bonuses but the bonuses never materialize. You’ll work your soul into the ground and never hear so much as “thank you” or “good job” from management, not to mention the families expect miracles from you that just can’t be delivered. Make sure to wear a mask and sanitize everything you touch frequently, they make everyone sick come into office
