People who you work closely with are actually pretty good and you can create long lasting friendships. Staff car park, nice office. When i was there it was one weekend in one off not sure what the current is though.

Management is all over the place. During my time there you had 'managers' who couldn't manage themselves let alone their own department. There was a certain manager there at the time which other 'managers' from other departments would go to in a crisis.... basically try and suck up your way to the top. Reasons i left for were down to lack of progression. I was doing quite well in my job role and was always told there were no positions or i wasn't ready to move up. This wasn't the case. It was purely due to not being liked by a certain someone high up in the chain. Which reading off other reviews you can probably paint a bit of a picture.

Working hours sporadic between sales and warehouse. Lack of review meetings for performance.
