Low pay It’s hard to be promoted within (sometimes you get a title change but no compensation change) I’ve seen family members get promotions without valid experience Although it is not a religious company, you have to be comfortable with religion as there are frequently prayers, talks, etc. Lack in diversity, especially in regards to the leadership team.
