Consistently successful at providing customer with what they want and need--a large chunk of new business comes from referrals from existing and past customers. Part of a very attractive industry niche.

Consulting has its inevitable downsides at times. When things go wrong the first person thrown under the bus by a customer with a finger pointing culture is the consultant. It's something you know will happen sooner or later and you have to learn from it without taking it personally.
