Pros

I joined Demand Chain as an associate consultant early in my career, and it’s been a great place to learn and grow. From the start, the team has been welcoming and willing to invest time in helping newer employees succeed. There’s a strong focus on learning by doing. I’ve been able to work on real client projects and gain exposure much faster than I expected, while still having access to senior consultants who are open to questions and mentorship. The feedback I’ve received has been constructive and aimed at helping me improve. The culture is collaborative and inclusive. I feel trusted to take ownership of my work and encouraged to speak up. Leadership is approachable and transparent about expectations, career development, and the direction of the company. Overall, this is a great place to start a consulting career if you’re looking for meaningful work, supportive teammates, and opportunities to grow.

Cons

workload can vary depending on projects, which is normal in consulting

Pros

Most people are kind-hearted and like to have fun while still getting the job done. Very expansive technical skillset and delivery team members have wide experience background. Supportive and non competitive environment, people genuinely want to help each other.

Cons

- Sales focused company (not necessarily unique) but overly assumed level of interest from rest of company in Sales performance when other non-sales initiatives are overlooked by leadership. - Poor bonus/utilization structure that has been "under review" for over a year with no update. - No women in leadership besides HR...classic - Limited gender and racial diversity on teams - Expensive and bad benefits - 401k match is discretionary, and if it is given it comes in a lump sum at the end of the year, so there's no opportunity to accrue interest throughout year. -Many people are visibly bad at their job and weaponized incompetence is used at many levels to avoid taking accountability. -Nepotism -Seems like many hires are on CEO's whims -Legacy client base has a lot of unfulfilling work that resources can get stuck fulfilling.
