      I enjoy working here for the friendly coworkers, and the flexibility in hybrid. The team really values work life balance, and the people are great.

      Cons

      Not the clearest communication from management, and not the best benefits. No sick days, no 401k match, limited holidays.

      Technically challenging work; good core values; colleagues have diverse subject matter expertise and make time to help; competitive pay and benefits; offices world-wide and not run as profit centers, so no internal turf wars.

      Grew out of a small firm into a more corporate culture; policies sprout like weeds.
