HR is unhelpful. You should not expect to be taken care of. When layoffs happen, there is no clear transition plan, and remaining employees are left to absorb additional responsibilities. Overall, it feels like a burnout-driven culture, with frequent strategic changes, high employee turnover, and an expectation to work beyond reasonable limits. Don’t be misled by promises of annual bonuses — they are often not paid.
