Pros

Recruitment and onboarding is top notch! Actually, I already had a contract that I was about to sign before I decided to go with Deltek. They also tried to persuade me by offering more and doing counter offer but it just feels right with Deltek. They also have team activities, company activities and all sorts of fun activities to enggage the employees. I wrote my last company as a headline cause I was searching for the company to spend the rest of my time to and I can say that it found me. Onboarding process was seamless, giving us a week to learn the ropes, had our batchmates from different departments feels nice too. We were supplied with all the necessary stuff to do our work. First week past, we were introduced to the team and we were assigned someone to guide us through the team. They always check us whether we were doing fine or having troubles. The great thing about the team is I don't feel like being a nuisance even though I have A LOT of questions. They always answer willing to help. The team and the management also looks after the overall wellbeing of their employees so that's a plus. IF you are burnt out, you can take your time off. Psychological health and work-life balance is a top priority. This is something that many people claim to have but fails to deliver.

Cons

Workload might be overloaded at times but the management will try their best to find the right compromise. Having a team from all around the world, expect some delays in answers for your queries and questions.
