      Company is continuously planning activities in and outside of the office, strengthening the sense of community. Ability to take on new opportunities and even transfer internally makes growth possible. You can move up if you prove successful.

      Cons

      While it doesn't happen often, politics can get in the way but it's just more of an annoyance.
