      Skilled and professional colleagues in a nice atmosphere. High ceilings and plenty of opportunities to influence the work yourself. If you want to do something, it is often possible. Interesting market and customers to work with.

      Cons

      An independent workplace with a lot of responsibility and own drive forward does not fit all and can be difficult in some cases.
