As I am close to finishing 6 months at Delta Faucet Company, I thought I can now confidently state that a Dream Work Culture is not fictional. I was not extremely keen to take up any offer but when I interviewed with Delta, the hiring team and the process itself really impressed me. Something inside me told me that this company has something really special. I took up the offer and it has turned out to be among the best decisions I have made in my life.
The first couple of weeks were surreal - the onboarding and meeting teams members across functions. They all seemed to be extremely courteous and helpful. I knew I had landed up in a special place. But, I still wanted to check if this was indeed for real. 😉
After nearly 6 months in, I can share that the work culture at Delta is even better than one can dream of. I find it an extremely happy company with everyone willing to go an extra mile to help and uplift all the stakeholders - both external and internal. The BEST part - the executive leadership team members with ZERO air about them. The leadership team members treat you equal and the company culture believes in truly empowering the team members.
I have always believed that, "everything flows from top to bottom". Therefore, I give full credit to the president and the leadership team members for this awesome work culture at Delta Faucet.
From my personal experiences, I think, if one has an opportunity to join Delta Faucet Company, one should grab it with both hands. You will land among extremely talented yet really down to earth colleagues and an awesome leadership
