100% commission structure can be stressful if you aren't performing well. However, they have implemented a new salary + capped commission payment structure in 2025 for people who aren't comfortable with being fully commission based.

DCP is probably one of the best small businesses I've worked for. Leadership is open to suggestions and ideas which is rare in small business. Usually, there's a singular vision that is forced upon the team but at DCP, everyone's ideas and practices are on the table to try and see how they work. There is so much flexibility in scheduling and working from home that I feel confident in my ability to get my work done and still be present for school functions and doctors appointments for my kids. You really feel like leadership cares about you and your family and it's such a nice feeling to work in a family-centric environment. Our office is beautiful and we have lots of fun activities and volunteer opportunities that make work fun and fulfilling. Compensation is lucrative and I've learned a lot about business from working with Bob. He's open to suggestion and takes your ideas and helps you build them into something beneficial for the entire company. The rest of the team is incredible as well. Everyone is friendly, kind, and supportive - all working together towards making our candidate's lives better. The energy is so positive in the office every day.

My only personal con is paying tolls and gas to drive into the office daily
