      Pros

      Generally a very good attitude from management in the firm and I always find I get the support I need. Good focus on quality. Flexible working is applied and utilised well.

      Cons

      Their private medical insurance in the Uk is not as comprehensive as I have experienced at other big 4. Obviously overtime is a huge factor but by the time you are at Manager level you must expect this in audit! Poorer audit tools in comparison to other big 4.
