Top heavy organisation with a toxic culture of us and them where workers feel insecure about job security. Delkia employ a considerable amount of managers, directors and c-suite members which looks great on paper but we lack the appropriate resource to successfully deliver engineering challenges, projects etc. Considerable amount of redundancies made in the last year that have considerably weakened the organisation.

Good benefits Flexible hrs Easy access to managment

Not really a con but there is noone to hide behind, everyones input counts and is noticed. Majority of engineering roles are as assets contracted out to other companys.
