      My colleagues are very supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      It's safe to say that the workloads given to employees here at Delap LLP are already unreasonable. I say this because we're more often forced to work overtime and longer than we should just to finish the tasks assigned to us. There isn't enough time for us to reasonably meet all the terrible demands from the leadership.

      I have no words to add here. I am just filling up space so that they can publish this review and help future employees.

      Cons

      As other reviewers have mentioned, the workload is insane, and their expectations only rise with time. The result? Stressed, exhausted, and overstretched employees who have the worst work-life balance and no peace. Beware! Don't join if you care for your loved ones and value family time.
