Racism and shady business practices - Anonymous employee Deksia Employee Review

As Chief of Staff, I pride myself and Deksia on taking matters such as racism and sexual harassment very seriously. Neither myself nor leadership are aware of any incidents reported, or what may have been interpreted as racist or a sexual harassment incident.
