Nothing. Not a single. Its batter to sit at home and prepare for interview.

As i said a fake company. Only have 5-6 desktop and except 1-2 system they even don't have genuine window installed. I have only work 7-8 months here after that i have resigned. At the time of interview they said i will get salary increment after 6month but denied after completing 6 months. A one incident happened when i work here, Microsoft inspection team come to our office for audit purpose without giving any prior notice, that time company owner have no clue what to do coz all system have only cracked version of Os , so they hide all the systems and staff member in another office cabin which is near to company office. That cabin used as storage room earlier and don't have any electricity or any celling fan like basic facility. So anybody can understand the condition. One more point i want to highlight, when i left this company after giving my resignation they said i will get my balance salary in my account between 1-5 .but after waiting this period i didn't receive my salary for last month. I have talked many times but they didn't given any proper answer, then oneday i have directly talk to company owner, and he directly denied to give my salary saying i haven't done anything. Also abused me on the phone. Then i have filled a case against him but later i dropped it after 2 months due to time problem.

Good working Environment and no pressure you can feel like in other companies . Management respect ideas of individuals and implement them as per requirement . Job security and career growth is biggest things for any employee .

Liberal behaviour of Management and no work pressure . Some time referral clients extend their work and we have to modify it again and again . company easily accept change request .
