Pros
It was a place where I learned a lot as a junior developer, I loved working there at the beginning. It was a great place to work, good culture, good environment.
Cons
There was a change of CEO and the company, the environment and the culture changed as well, losing the greatness I found when I started there. A lot of people were fired without any (valid) reason and others were fired because personal issues with the CEO (not because their performance doing their jobs).
