Pros
The company culture and the people I work with are great. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow as a developer. Everyone I work with is really nice: helpful and smart people whom I've learned tons from and enjoyed collaborating with. I've been at Deferit for about a year, and I'm still really enjoying it.
Cons
Hard to think of any cons. In Australia we're fully remote, which might be a con for some, though there are regular social meetups for colleagues who want to meet face to face.
