- End to end ownership: Engineers who want to talk to customer are encouraged, implementation for most features is not managed but lead by junior folks - Very engineering driven org where both founders have contributed to the codebase ( a lot of founder specific "attacks" here are because of their low acceptance of BS that folks mostly peddle to non engineering founders .) - understanding environment with great scope of learning. - WLB : folks used to go to the gym during the day, saturday sunday no one bothered except couple of weeks in the whole year i was there.
