      - good product, good clients, decent compensation package and generally people are nice.

      Cons

      - they hire a lot based on nepotism and there is a toxic culture in some teams in comparison to others and some people are out there trying to take credit for others work.

      Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

      Cons

      Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
