      Pros

      - some genuinely nice and smart people - good opportunities to learn - nice annual off-sides - cool product

      Cons

      - most of the leadership is extremely toxic, worse is that people team knows which manager is toxic and does nothing - people are being promoted based on recency bias and if they are the favourite of their toxic manager - sometimes the demands are crazy and you are on the best road to burnout - the culture is deteriorating fast - silent lay-offs

      Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

      Cons

      Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
