Could Use better communication from the chain of command

Great company culture, lots of flexibility to take on new projects and mentorship from higher-ups. I learned a lot from my supervisor, no vertical communication, direct interaction with CEO, and team bonding experiences.

Not really a con, but to be successful in the role you have to wear lots of hats, start projects and finish them later (prioritizing tasks), and implementing new ideas biweekly.
