Can't think of any! Everyone is just overly kind and nice to get good work from you!
Cons
You get paid almost NOTHING for the amount of work you put in and it gets worse when you have a tough client who will never be happy! If Decorist ever decides to pay their designers legally and rightfully, then there is some hope that their talented designers will stay or else good luck!
