CEO is not very likeable and the work life balance is not very good. Staff feel constantly under pressure. Not valued enough for the time and effort you put in.

Nice colleagues and social side of the office was great. Opportunities to work outside the office.

CEO was not likeable at all and was not at all relatable/approachable. Salary could definitely have been better No information about any bonuses etc Did not handle pastoral issues well at all. Did not feel that the position was secure. Constantly felt under pressure No work/life balance
