      Being able to help people.

      Cons

      Management is wonderful and supportive at first. They become abusive and downright hostile. I have never been treated so poorly at any job. They also lie about raises get it in writing. My advise is Don't take a job with them.

      Cons

      Pay was minimum wage. Hours were okay but the workload was overwhelming for someone who just started, Training lasted one week, and I was expected to know everything right away.
