Pros
There are good people at Decisions, sadly none of them are leading the company.
Cons
You would be hard pressed to find a more incompetent, angry, and overall abusive CEO. Annualized turn over rate for Decisions is over 60%. Massive numbers of people leaving the company due to abuse. -Exec level has no idea how to run a business - Refocusing to verticals that make no sense - Abusing employees to the point of tears on a regular basis. Defending others will get you removed from meetings permanently - Unable to understand basic charts, metrics, or analytics - Constantly changing goals and requirements. Asking for X and getting yelled at because X was delivered instead of Y. Show emails of the previous ask are met with backlash and threats. - No processes are documented, everything is basically chaos - Does not care what is correct only that the charts "look" a certain way. - Completely unreasonable expectations and due dates - Does not believe in automation expects everything to be done manually - Spending is out of control - Has canceled all hiring in the US to focus on only hiring jobs in India - Management constantly ignores warnings and recommendations of analysts - Exec level maintains a favorite list of people who get preferential treatment above others - Does not give promotions, (unless you are a favorite) instead you will find yourself in an endless "Trial period" with more responsibility and the same pay. - Threaten to fire employees for small slights like asking for clarification or answering questions. - Throws wrenches into projects and stops them from being complete then complains that the project is not complete.
