Pros

Chance for you to work on a project with technologies new for you if you are ready to learn these technologies quickly. A lot of freedom in choosing approaches to solve problems in work. Most colleague are great people to work with.

Cons

The senior management break promises: they may promise you a notice period in case of letting you go and then fire you at will because it's just business (i.e. without you having done something wrong), or promise to pay by a certain day and not pay by this day and ignore for a few days your reminders about the missed payment, or agree with you on some payment schedule and then change their mind. They may decide not to pay you your last salary: google DecisionMapper and Niraj Kumar I haven't found great professionals in the company to learn from. The way CEO Niraj Kumar treats his employees is undiplomatic and sometimes offensive.

Pros

The UX and developer teams were young but good to work with and willing to learn. We had a good working relationship. I enjoyed mentoring them. Also enjoyed working with the client teams who loved my work.

Cons

- The CEO is unscrupulous and unprofessional in his dealings with employees. He is not on top of things, and when that causes him issues, he blames it on his staff. - He misses payments to employees and ignores multiple follow up requests. When he finally responds he blames you for giving him extra work to do. This is a very big red flag. - He will also change and limit your hours each week without any explanation or discussion, even when the project was ramping up to meet tight deadlines. - Overall, not an effective (or moral) person to work for unless you like drama in your professional life.
