Pros

The staff. These people are some of the best people I have ever worked with and probably will ever work with.

Cons

The organization was a bit of a mess the founder/CEO (not the current CEO) had a vision but it kept changing and it made everything stressful and chaotic.

Pros

Great place to work. Really supportive work environment and strong work/life balance. Also great benefits for a smaller-sized company!

Cons

None. Room for personal growth and for your voice to be heard.

Pros

LockerDome is a great environment for innovation and tech, without having to re-locate for a good job or experience in this field. It's a company where everyone can contribute their expertise and have an impact, and grow as well. Co-workers are great to work with...there are smart, committed people all across the company. That's one of the things I liked most about it. The culture is relaxed, but very accountable and efficient with effective, structured processes in place. It might intimidate someone, but they are a no brainer when you're all working toward the same goals. Everyone was always great and supportive when I had to bring my young kids to the office time to time. Good location downtown. Leadership is active in civic progress for our city.

Cons

This isn't a con, but everyone who works there produces well and at a good pace. It's important for strong company performance and in delivering for other companies who work with LockerDome. As such, probably wouldn't be a good environment for someone who isn't a self starter or who doesn't work well when up against deadlines. As a parent, depending on your perspective, it might be tough for someone to work here who has young kids or family schedules that need a lot of flexibility. It is doable, however. It just takes coordinating and diligence at home, and good communication with your supervisor.
