Pros

I have worked in Deccansoft for almost for 4 years. This is one of the finest places to learn, implement and grow. I am dropping a few points on top off my head 1) Exposure to all new technologies: I started working on ASP.NET WebForms, eventually worked on ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Angular, React and Azure development. 2) Great CEO: The founder Mr. Sandeep Soni is a popular trainer in the city. you don't need to depend on any external sources to learn any new technology, if it's novice and futuristic, he will learn it and record videos. he is hardworking, caring and empathetic towards employees. I had a fantastic time working with him. 3) Flexible timings: Your timings and dressing will not be an issue if your performance is up to mark. 4) No politics: You will rarely notice any politics since it's a small team and developer-first organization. 5) Good salaries: For freshers, it will be less but eventually, for senior developers salary matches the industry standards

Cons

Ultimately Pros overweight the cons, but here are few negatives 1) Location: It's located near paradise circle in Secunderabad where even a decent curry point is rare. eventually, you will get bored of paradise biriyani! 2) 2 years bond: You need to sign 2 years bond where you need to submit your original certificates as proof! they are the longest 2 years of my life! 3) Negligible pay for 3 months: Initial 3 months you will be treated as a black in America, Dalit in India, jew in the gulf. a second class citizen! you need to repeatedly enquire for a stay fund. 2) Institute/Development/Support/Consulting....: You name it, they deal it! 90% freshers will never dare to even come for an interview because of Azure banners in their website. 3) No Major Project: most of the projects company deals are small-sized, ideal for junior developers but will not excite senior developers. 4) No weekends: If you are fortunate enough, you will get second and 4th Saturday off! 5) 1,25,321 rules: It takes you two days to read their rulebook. the weight of the rulebook matches the Indian penal code with regular amendments. but you don't need to worry, 90% rules will never see the light! again the same as IPC laws. 6) No periodic hikes: Your increments solely depends on your performance. don't expect hikes because it's been 2 years since you are working, or you got married or you had a kid! Finally, if you can work hard and if you are a fresher, go for it!
