Everything... People no matter of their post will shout on you... and the owner of the company shouts like u are his slave. In every second here priority changes, no roadmaps, no one to help, no system, no management. They will make you work on weekends and on holidays and make you after office even if your work is completed. They will ask to do the job of other departments. Too much politics. No one can gain anything from here but can only loose.
